We are moving to Perth area in January and need to find a nice place to rent for a few months before we buy. My employment is in Fremantle so living within a thirty minute drive would be ideal. The area should be good for young families, preferably with access to nice parks and the beach. We have looked at Rockingham, Warnbro so far.

Hi Helen,

Working in Freemantle hey! - Well rockingham might be an idea, South Perth is quite expensive to rent at the moment but I think it has nice value areas.

There are really alot of options for you - do you need to be close to the sea?
